1. GTC company will be established in Singapore with legal entity in Singapore.
2. GTC will acquire the business model of GoldtimeCoffee to deploy in Vietnam and other countries worldwide. However, it will move towards free for users to create a consumer community in Vietnam and globally.
3. The management model of the system will be separated in each different country. However, it can be linked, exchanged, and shared through GTC and USDT.
4. GTC will support deposits in USDT, ETH, BTC, and withdrawals in USDT or through liquidity agents.
5. The deployment model of GTC group in each country will depend on the regulations in the home country, and will be implemented directly or indirectly from there.

1. GTC company will sign direct service provision contracts with legal entities in Vietnam.
2. GTC will act as an intermediary to bring customers to supermarket chains, restaurants, and other services through the connectivity protocols provided by GTC Singapore (GTC POS, GTC wallet…)
3. Supermarket chains, restaurants, services, etc., will give discounts to GTC customers and a 15% commission back to GTC.
4. GTC will redistribute 15% of the profits to the system tree.
5. Supermarket chains, restaurants, services, etc., can still provide services to customers outside GTC.
6. Additionally, GTC will receive payment for all orders. These supermarket chains, restaurants, and service agents will receive payment after customers receive the products or services.
7. Supermarket chains, restaurants, and services can allow customers to pay through GTC or pay directly on the spot. When customers choose to pay online, GTC will assist in processing their payment and send the money to the agent through their GTC account.

1. GTC company will sign an exclusive agency contract in Vietnam with GTC Vietnam, a legal entity based in Vietnam. GTC Vietnam is not a subsidiary of GTC Singapore but an independent legal entity authorized to provide services and deploy the GTC system to supermarket chains, restaurants, and other services wishing to collaborate in Vietnam. GTC Vietnam will sign service contracts with these affiliated entities.
2. GTC Singapore will bring customers to supermarket chains, restaurants, and other services through the connectivity protocols provided by GTC Singapore (GTC POS, GTC wallet…)
3. Supermarket chains, restaurants, services, etc., will give discounts to GTC customers and a 15% commission to GTC Vietnam.
4. GTC Vietnam will transfer the agreed-upon portion of profits to GTC Singapore for redistribution to the system (minus the taxes GTC Vietnam must pay).
5. Supermarket chains, restaurants, services, etc., can still provide services to customers outside GTC.
6. Additionally, GTC Singapore will receive payments for all orders. These supermarket chains, restaurants, and service agents will receive payment after customers receive the products or services.
7. Supermarket chains, restaurants, and services can allow customers to pay through GTC or pay directly on the spot. When customers choose to pay online, GTC will assist in processing their payment and send the money to the agent through their GTC account or the designated bank account (as implemented by GTC Vietnam).
